Cosmetologist. Musician. Artisan. Dynamo.
A graduate of Longs Peak Academy, Monika is a certified Cosmetologist with certifications in Electric Nail File, Microderma, and Cosmetic Resurfacing & Exfoliating (specifically Sanitas Glycolic Peels). She takes joy in helping people feel good about how they look.
Her journey to Cosmetology is seeded in her career as a performer. In the many years of acting, singing and improvisation work, she often times found herself doing the hair and makeup of many of the cast. Finally, in early 2009, she came to the realization that she could, in fact do both. The field of Cosmetology offered the flexible schedule that she needed to continue her lower paying endeavors in performance.With fifteen years of voice performance, acting experience, and various movement classes, she performs in various venues around Colorado.
Currently, Monika resides in Boulder, Colorado and is working in Cosmetology both through her LLC: Goddess to Go!, a mobile spa business; and as a hairstylist at a chain salon in Longmont.
She graduated in 2007 from Metro State College of Denver with a Double Bachelors of Arts in Music and Theater. While at school she did work study in the Metro Music Office as an Assistant to the Music Events Coordinator, Charla Bevan, and as a Front of House Manager for the concerts there.
Friendly, easy to work with in any environment, and talented, Monika Graf is a professional artisan who employs stringent sanitation practices with a smile and an easy grace.
